All-women Sport Held in Kelantan

Nisa Malaysia is a women’s activist group organising an all-women sport ( Nisa Games 2007 – Malaysia Women Games ) will be held in Kota Bharu from Feb 17 to 18.

This event will be organised by women for women where the athletes to jugdes and the audience, would be women.

Although the event was in accordance with Islamic values and principles, it would also be open to non-Muslims.

Bahrain’s Ruqaya al Ghasara wins the gold medal in the women’s 200 meters will be making an apperance as special guest at the opening ceremony.
